Essential Job Functions:
High School diploma or equivalent
Computer experience required
Insurance experience preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Able to work independently or in a team setting
Must be able to pay attention to details
Intermediate level experience using MS Office, Excel, and Word
This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday
Description:
Entering and verifying that all patient demographics and billing information are correct
Call insurance companies and verify policy numbers
Enter medical record numbers on hospital reports
Work ETM task edits and rejections
Add medical record numbers to dictation for coders
Extra assignments that team lead might need help with
Status: Full Time
