Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 50-100 labors under different shifts.
Monitoring and checking stock dispatch as per SOP.
Excelled in target-based output achievement
Knowledge of all warehouse activities
Well versed with good handling/loading techniques.
Track transit damage and report
Maintain different data on inward/outward/ cost and other relevant activities.
coordinating with labor contractor / logistic provider for hiring/replacement of resources
Managing contract laborers to perform to the fullest and contributing to a seamless supply of products to the customer and within the warehouse.
Follow the SOP while carrying out any task.
Problem solver and go-getter attitude.
Sound knowledge of the best Cold Storage / Warehouse practices of the industry.
Ensure to give a proper briefing to subordinates/staff about all exceptions for avoiding in the future.
Sort out issues/concerns of staff/supervisors day to day operations.
