Job Description : Description
Hiring a Collections Officer for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Recovering outstanding amount from delinquent customers.
Negotiate repayment terms.
Acknowledge and resolve customers complaints.
Identify fraudulent customers.
Giving reminder calls on PTP accounts in terms of collecting the commuted amount from the customers.
Skip tracing.
Any further task need to be perform as per the job requirements.

Key Requirements:

Minimum bachelor’s degree holder.
Two to four years experience as collections officer.
Strong negotiations skills.
Capable of handling target pressure.
Target oriented.
Good written and verbal communication.
