THE ROLE
We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, and focused individual to join our international Business Development and Marketing team within the Temenos Developer Community to develop and grow our online community.
Temenos is the market-leading provider of banking software and its Community offers peer-to-peer support, events, articles and blogs to clients, partners and developers working with Temenos Software (find out more about Temenos Developer Community here).
The ideal candidate will use their expertise and experience of community management, B2B marketing, user advocacy and digital marketing in helping us to position our community as a high value resource in the minds of our constituent users.
Through a combination of marketing, research, analytics and reporting you will help the team to translate our data into recommendations and actionable strategies, optimize our customer experience, improve content, create digital campaigns, find and promote digital champions and increase loyalty with the goal of achieving growth and user retention.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Help maintain the Temenos Community Platform
Proactively contact internal product experts to facilitate question resolution
Manage communications with our community for: clients, partners and Temenosians
Communicate platform messages, upgrades and changes to users
Maintain content across various platforms (web, social media, community platform)
Liaison with Sales, Legal and Finance teams for specific community escalations
Build reports for management on user engagement
Manage, track and publish performance dashboards and monthly target reports
Drive marketing campaigns: content and reporting
Help build Marketing and Sales collateral
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Required
Two years community management or customer service/advocacy experience
Experience in digital marketing and running social media
Data analysis skills with an attention to detail
Able to translate raw data into meaningful reports and actionable strategies
Excellent written communication and reporting skills
Self-starter, motivated, collaborative
Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
Strong desire to learn and grow
Experience in working in international, cross-cultural teams
Experience with Content Management Systems
Experience of working with PPC and Display advertising and tactics
Good MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
