Job Description : Cowboy Properties is seeking a highly motivated Community Manager for a garden-style community in Sandy, Utah. The community manager runs the day-to-day operations and ensures that the community performs at a high level, and achieves company goals. The community manager acts as the ambassador for the community and is accountable for all community operations, including maintaining high occupancy by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, maintaining a strong outreach marketing plan, and providing excellent customer service.This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits. Property manager experience required.Our benefits package offers medical, dental, and vision, 401k with match, life insurance, vacation time, sick leave, and holiday pay.All Cowboy Properties communities are smoke-free. A drug test is required. We will also run credit and criminal background checks

Pay: $56,000.00 – $59,000.00 per year
