TikTok is looking for an entry-level Community Program Associate to support the TikTok Creator team. The ideal candidate for this role will be organized, self-motivated, and passionate about helping creators find success on TikTok.

In this role, you will support Community Program Specialists in the development of programs that educate and inspire creators, and drive product and feature adoption. You will play a crucial role in enabling the team to function efficiently and deliver on program goals.

This role will be paid via third party agency.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for a set of strategic programs and initiatives to educate and inspire TikTok creators
Assist with day-to-day program operations, including: scheduling meetings, maintaining team and project trackers and calendars, creating presentations and documents, and managing contracts
Submit requests to cross-functional teams to deploy creator communications, event invitations and surveys
Build creator nomination lists for activations and opportunities
Work with our Data team to ensure that program dashboards and metrics are up to date
Help identify gaps and inefficiencies in team processes, and propose creative solutions to drive productivity
BA/BS degree or higher
1+ years administrative experience (bonus points for experience in creator-focused role)
Passionate about TikTok and mobile entertainment
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Accountable, responsible and self-motivated
High level of attention to detail on projects big and small
Superb verbal and written communication
