The CBP team works on many tough but interesting problems. Whether it is developing new world-class compensation policies, diving deep into market research, analyzing big data, and benchmarking. Given the nature of our work, it also creates huge opportunities for collaboration with departments in and outside of the HR organization. This is a full-time role can be based in Austin, Mountain View, Seattle, Los Angeles, or New York City.

What You Will Do:
1. Serve as project manager for the review of the compensation ranges across the region. Coordinate with HQ on changes to process/system and align with regional team on roles and responsibilities.
2. Serve as project manager for the performance review process, program champion and POC for HRBP and coordinate with HQ on changes to process/system.
3. Oversee large-scale, cross-functional projects including identifying roles and responsibilities, determine overall timeline and run regular check-in meetings.
4. Review and redesign current CBP policies based on changes in market practice and/or regulations.
5. Design new CBP policies based on business needs.
6. Coordinate and collaborate with other CBP regional teams to identify, leverage and share best practices, as well as identify opportunities for partnership.
7. Manage vendor relationships.
1. Have at least 10+ years of experience in compensation.
2. Strong project and program management skills.
3. Be able to communicate effectively with employees, the HR team, and business leads, and be comfortable presenting programs and plans and influencing decisions at a high level.

4. Outstanding analytical capabilities: Analyze trends, surveys, and data to determine compensation strategies.
5. Experience working with compensation vendors such as Aon Radford, etc.

6. Strong Ethics and Discretion: Deal with confidential information and therefore, must be ethical and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information.
7. Working knowledge of employment law and practices.
