Job Description : Complaint Specialist
Mandarich Law Group LLP is a leading debt collection firm with offices located in multiple states. We are seeking a Complaint Specialist for our office in downtown Chicago.
The Complaint Specialist will be responsible for documenting and reporting information received on customer complaints, disputes, verification of debt request and hardships in a timely and effective manner.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for accurately entering information from clients regarding customer complaints, disputes and other issues to the firm’s internal system.
Track and monitor complaints, disuptes, and other information in the firm’s internal system.
Corresponding to client request for information

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION
Minimum: High School Diploma
Preferred: Experience in a regulated environment, law firm and/or collections industry.
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently
Effective communication skills – both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and prioritize a large volumne of deliverables in a fast-pased environment.
