Job Description : The Leader in Entertainment Food & Beverage Operations seeks not one but TWO Concessions Supervisors to join our team at the United Center, the country’s most prominent Arena.
This Job
As a Concessions Supervisor, you will be leading & overseeing the creation of that magical experience that all guests enjoy during their night out, whether its for a Chicago Bulls game, Chicago Hawks game or a concert of their favorite musician! You’ll be leading & overseeing anywhere from 4-10 Concession Stands, Bars or Beer Portables each shift, to make sure our team is setup for success and each guest has a positively outrageous food and beverage experience at each event at the United Center.
You’ll be taught how to (and will therefore be responsible for):

Lead and oversee the successful opening and closing of your locations for each event.
Coach & Train Team Members
Check Kitchen Prep Daily
Monitor Concessions Food Production Levels
Daily Safety & Sanitation Checks
Troubleshoot any opportunities that may arise during an event
Make sure all of our Standard Operating Procedures & Menu Builds are being followed by all team members
Enforcing all Health Department, Liquor Control Board and OSHA standards and best practices
Other tasks that may be assigned during your shift

You will be an integral part of our overall food & beverage team, being supported by the GM of Concessions Mark Hannen and our other knowledgeable Concessions Managers in the department. Having their oversight to help guide and set you up for success each day.

It is our goal to grow each Concessions Supervisor into a Full Time Management position within the Levy Family. You will have the opportunity to grow within our company.
