Full Job Description
Holmes Homes Inc is seeking an experienced superintendent to join our outstanding construction team in Saint George Utah. Superintendents are directly responsible for all facets of the home construction process including: completion of residential construction projects from start to finish, subcontractor and supplier supervision, scheduling, bill approval, buyer walkthroughs, sales interface, building officials , performing quality inspections and working with homeowners. This position offers competitive pay and benefits (see below).
