Job Description : WANTED: Diversified Members Credit Union-Detroit is looking for a Contact Center Representative. This individual must be friendly, outgoing, and have a “can-do” attitude. The qualified individual must have excellent communication skills, be a good listener with the ability to ask appropriate questions. This position requires the individual to promote the credit union and its products. Effective representatives provide exceptional member service and problem resolution. Knowledge of CUAnswers preferred but not required. Contact Center and/or Customer Service and sales experience preferred.
