The candidate is responsible for bringing the brand alive through creative and inspirational content and provide a meaningful content strategy for brand touchpoints that covers the brand identity, communication and experience design.
Responsibilities
Create quality content that aligns with the brand and business objectives of clients, as well as the brand voice and tone
Help in creating brand nomenclature, tagline, TOV (tone of voice), strategic write-ups for the brand
Collaborate with brand strategists, brand consultants, designers and writers for the execution of short-term and long-term content output for clients
Write and edit all content including but not limited to web and mobile content, corporate and program site updates, brand stories, brochures, presentations, direct mail, posters, flyers, letters, etc.
Provides oversight to content that is procured or subcontracted
Manage multiple projects and competing priorities seamlessly
Help manage and develop a team of content writers and copywriters
Be well-informed about market, competition and trends including tactics, field concepts and practices, applying them to strategies when applicable
Ensure brand consistency in all creative efforts
Job requirements
Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field (i.e. Communications, Marketing, Journalism/English, Usability/Research, or Business Psychology) or equivalent work experience
Experience as Content Writer/Content Strategist/Copywriter on mid-size to large accounts
3-6 years’ prior experience writing/editing content for a diversity of brands
