Job Description : Objectives of this Role: Develop comprehensive documentation across formats (text, video etc.) that meets organizational standardsObtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging contentWrite user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for successDevelop and maintain detailed databases of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specificationsEvaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvementResponsibilities: Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirementsIndependently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentationWork with development and support leads to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and centralized storageDevelop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentationTraining: Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials in all formats including videosFacilitate in providing training sessions for our customersConduct workshops and individual training sessionsConduct evaluations and identify areas of improvementSkills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field2-4 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writerProven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topicsPrevious experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiencesSuperior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detailExperience working with engineering to improve user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support contentJob Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, FresherSalary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Paid sick timeSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusQuarterly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Virugambakkam, Chennai – 600092, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Content writing: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Tamil (Preferred)English (Preferred)
