Job Description : We are currently hiring for Content Writer positionRoles and responsibilitiesStudy product samplesCommunicate with product designers and developers to understand product detailsCollaborate with technical staffAnalyze and manage existing and potential contentCreate and maintain the information architectureMake high-quality documentation that meets standards, is appropriate and easy to useProduce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applicationsresearch and collect usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturersSkills Required:3 to 4 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar roleAbility to translate highly technical information into easily understandable information for customersCreative skills and usage of photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understandingExcellent written skills in EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeA minimum of a Bachelor’s degree JournalismProfessional Writing or Creative Writing is a big plusBackground in engineering or computer science is a big plusCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsTeam playerGood time-management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skillsTHIS IS A HYBRID WORK MODEL.
