Job Description : Role: Internal Communications SpecialistLocation: BangaloreExperience: 6 to 8 yearsResponsibilities: · Developing systems to identify communication needs of various employee segments; Creating and sustaining internal communication media like intranet, mailers, newsletter, blogs, chats, town halls, web casts, videos in order to maintain and enhance employer branding within the organization· Effectively planning and implementing internal communication and enhance company’s communication strategy within the guidelines and policies of DTICI· Aligning with HR team to create key messages, presentations, Q&As and other documents for different campaigns to convey company’s strategy and ensure consistent, coherent cascade of information across the defined groups in the organization.· Developing high quality and consistent communications across functions ensuring 100% accuracy and completeness.What are we looking for in you: · Bachelor or Master’s degree in communications/journalism· Minimum 6-8 years of experience in content development/ internal communications roles· Outstanding communications skills, including written and spoken English· Service-oriented team player who can handle tight deadlines and work under pressure.· Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to initiate and manage projects as well as be operational and “hands-on”·Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporarySalary: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:Flexible shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Bengaluru – 560066, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Content writing: 6 years (Required)Language:English (Preferred)
