Position : Continuing Education Coordinator
Job Description : Are you looking for an opportunity to apply your strong administrative support experience in a challenging role? Do you possess superior customer service skills?
If so, then the Continuing Education Coordinator role at ADCES may be a fit for you!
We are searching for a self-motivated individual with a “can do” approach. The Continuing Education Coordinator will provide a high-level of coordination and support for the Association’s accreditation continuing education (CE/CME) activities, including implementing processes and maintaining policies and procedures.
Additional responsibilities include:
Supports the recruitment, orientation, and evaluation process for the ADCES CE Peer Reviewer Committee.
Supports approval documentation process for ADCES, JointCE, and CB/LNG CE applications.
Maintains and updates CE Program Accreditation webpage on ADCES Connect as needed to communicate changes to forms, requirements etc.
In collaboration with CE Accreditation Manager, handles accreditation tasks required for ADCES Annual Conference.
Requirements
2 years customer service-related experience required.
2 years of continuing education experience preferred.
CE Accreditation experience preferred.
College courses in related field preferred.
Previous experience in association or academic environment a plus.
