Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities)
Managing the end-to-end processing, accounting and financial reporting for overseas payroll function across geographical entities of LTI
GL scrutiny, period-end accounting and book closing (monthly / quarterly / yearly)
Ensuring payroll compliances as per local statutory norms
Coordination with payroll consultants
Participation in transformation initiatives including digitization, process and controls enhancements.
This job might be for you if you have the following skills (Skills, Experience)
CA (Inter) / B.Com with 2-4 years of experience in industry
Experience in SAP environment.
Good analytical and communication skills as well as proficiency in MS-Excel
You will stand out if you have the following

Overseas payroll experience
Accounting and book-keeping acumen
