Your New RoleSupport and work closely with department heads to derive mid-term plans, annual budgets and quarterly / monthly forecastsKeep a close watch on key performance indicators and pro-actively take corrective action by developing an early warning indicator system for eliminating deviations to forecasts / plansCarry out overhead analysis, capacity working, absorption results of various functionsAnalyze and evaluate cost structures and contribute to the pricing strategyCarries out Business modeling, ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculationsPerforms regular Balance Sheet review and trace early warning indicatorsEnsuring accuracy of books and records and ensures compliance with Siemens-Financial Reporting Guidelines plus the local GAAP requirements. Ensures all related Project Reporting and Controlling activities
We don’t need superheroes, just super minds:
1. Commercial professional having an in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices
2. Experience in a project environment will be an added advantage
3. Hands on experience in Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Management reporting and Cost Controlling
4. Excellent working knowledge of MS Office (expert knowledge of Excel) and SAP. MS Access, Tableau, Alteryx knowledge will be an added advantage
