Job Description : Must be able to use a WOK for Asian Cuisine Dishes and available for trade test.Monitor their station and stock it with necessary suppliesCook menu items in coordination with the head chef and other line cooksEnsure quality and timely preparation of foodChop vegetables, butcher meat or prepare sauces as neededClean up station and preserve leftover foodEnsure quality and timely preparation of foodComply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and standardsQualifications:Male, 40 years old and below with School Diploma; any related course in culinary is a plusMust have 2 years’ experienceWell-versed in culinary arts with expertise in Asian, South East Asian Fusion, International cuisineImmediate joiners will be prioritizedJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: AED2,000.00 – AED3,000.00 per monthCOVID-19 considerations:We encourage staff members to be fully vaccinated as well as required to wear masks, wash their hands or use sanitizer. Our establishments strictly adhere to safety measures shared by the UAE government.Ability to commute/relocate:Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)Experience:Cook: 2 years (Required)
