As a Dream Team member, you are responsible for greeting the customer, taking orders, charging & receiving money, & ensuring the customer receives the correct order. Additionally, you will learn how to mix & bake cookies according to Cookies & Dreams processes & standards. Job Description
Position: Dream Team Associate
Reports to: Store Manager
Summary of Position
Performs a variety of duties including greeting & serving customers, receiving payments, maintaining cash drawers, beverage preparation & stocking counters. Our Dream Team Associates are also in charge of preparing baked goods for sale to customers. Their duties include executing recipes, baking cookies, topping cookies, making fillings, mixing toppings, preparing orders & following bakery pars & policies to produce cookies.
Duties & Responsibilities

Always come to work with a clean uniform.
Maintain a safe, clean, & organized workstation.
Be a team player—support & assist your fellow team members whenever possible.
Maintains sanitary standards.
Responsible for counting cash drawers at the beginning & end of shifts.
Greeting guests & taking orders.
Ringing guest orders into the cash register or POS system.
Responsible for properly charging the guest & collecting payment for orders.
Responsible for processing credit & debit card transactions.
Answering the phone & taking phone orders.
Interacts with customers in a friendly & efficient manner.
Stocks display counters accurately & efficiently.
Cleans equipment, as assigned, thoroughly & in a timely fashion.
Keeps the floor in the work or service area clean & free of debris.
Completes shift work, as assigned, timely & thoroughly in accordance with company standards.
Handle a fast paced environment with ease along with a sense of urgency.
Produce cookies with a near perfect level of consistency & accuracy.
Identify & evaluate problems & alert management.
Be able to follow directions well.
Be knowledgeable in our product mix.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, & policies.
Be well versed in the baking procedures, toppings & requirements.
Follow health code & maintain a clean working environment.
