Job Description
Partner with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Legal and Business Stakeholders to document business requirements and propose process solutions using Coupa, Netsuite and other business applications
Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging Coupa functionality
Design, develop, test, and deploy Coupa features and enhancements; implement 3rd party extensions and custom scripts to build custom solutions where needed
Manage system enhancement projects in accordance with established SDLC and agile methodologies; ensure change control process is followed for all production deployments
Work with other application teams to integrate Coupa with other Business Systems
Provide general Coupa application administrative support
Conduct periodic training for end users on current and new systems features and processes
Work with product support teams to troubleshoot systems issues as they arise
Create systems documentations including, business requirements documents, functional designs, user manuals, test scripts, test plans and training materials
Ensure all systems and processes are documented in accordance with SOX compliance
Work with the PMO and cross functional project teams to perform end to end testing across transactional systems
Experience
4-5 years experience in Coupa Administrator or similar roles
Accounting Degree, Management Information Systems degree or related degree
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment; ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities
