Job Description : Ven-Vamos Strategies is Texas’s leading grassroots organization. We work across a multitude of communities and connect individuals with a variety of resources.
Job Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for collecting self administered PCR & Rapid COVID Tests at events, pop up sites and business to business interactions that you set up. Working alongside our laboratory we are going to help stop the spread of the pandemic in Texas by providing the constituents with self administered tests that are non-invasive and of the highest specificity & sensitivity in the nation.
Responsible for going door-to-door selling/offering businesses free covid-19 test for their employees and patrons. Set up and demonstrate product, negotiate sale. Must maintain client relations.
1. Generate new leads at multiple locations.
2. Help individuals fill out registration form and obtain confirmation code.
3. Provide customer with materials and instructions for Rapid/PCR test.
4. Collect vials properly and turn in to shipping location.
Expectations:

Should be knowledgeable on the requirements and policies of the lab.
HIPAA Ceritification Required.
Responsible for assigned inventory
Strong communication and social skills are important and moreover exhibit professionalism at all times when directly engaging with the public.
Follow all CDC Guidelines to avoid contamination and stop the spread of the pandemic.

Please meet the following criteria:

· Must have a valid Driver’s License or State issued I.D.
HIPAA Certification Required
· Must possess integrity and commitment.
· Must be honest, detail oriented, and able to follow instructions.
· Must be devoted to working in a team environment.
· Must be comfortable with technology and able to accurately record data.
· Some marketing, sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
· Some schools are preferred but not required.
Must be able to communicate with field directors and partake in weekly team meetings.
