Job Description : This role is fully remote, we set a location because some job boards require it.
What you’ll doKasa is a flexible accommodations operator that is growing quickly and needs a Creative Operations Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the brand team.This is a “build from scratch” role. Working closely with, and reporting to the Head of Brand (and key other stakeholders throughout the company), the Creative Operations Manager will oversee the creative queue, liaise with stakeholders throughout the company to so that their creative needs are being met, connect with vendors and freelancers as needed to ensure contracts are in place and relationships running smoothly, and oversee internal file management.You will be responsible for the productivity of the brand team that includes graphic design, copywriting, interior design and social media. This means overseeing the processes by which Kasa produces and deploys digital assets, physical assets (signage), photography and video.How you’ll do it

Be a project management expert. You know how to run a project from end-to-end and use task management tools to be transparent about it’s progress and goals.
Deploy post-production and file management skills. You know how to create and deliver files in all formats depending on the channel (physical and digital), you are familiar with post-production best practices (retouching, color correction, etc.) and know how to do them in a pinch, you can manage digital assets and keep them accessible and organized.
Develop strong stakeholder relationships. Leaders will come to you for updates, feedback and questions. You will need to be skilled and manage those relationships to ensure stakeholders are satisfied.
Innovate and measure. Always be experimenting with new processes and procedures and develop tests to measure their effectiveness, and then iterate.
Manage freelancers as needed. Kasa is a growing company with more and more creative needs. Effectively identifying and onboarding creative freelancers will be key to the company’s creative success.

In 6 months, you will succeed at Kasa having:

Increased the output of the company’s creative production
Demonstrably improved the quality of our assets by applying post-production improvements
Unlocked efficiencies through better processes and organization
