This position will be based in Sales and Marketing center in Pune. The Creative CoE is part of SMC (Eaton Sales and Marketing Centre) in Pune, India.We are seeking an experienced Creative Lead who own and manage the creative concepts into compelling visual stories, a self-motivated and innovative designer. The ideal candidate will be a master in the field of video editing/motion design as well as a team player who provides creative direction for projects.
As the Creative Lead, you will meet with stakeholders to discuss and establish project objectives in terms of conceptualization. Based on the requirement you will create a compelling storyboard and further present ideas/concept to the stakeholder. In addition you will be involved in the ideation process, with the intention of elevating the work every step of the way. Additionally, the individual will guide the members of the team in the conceptualization/ideation process.The Creative Lead will possess video and design expertise, technical proficiency across multiple media (interactive, animation, video), excellent communication skills, and a talent for teamwork.

This exciting role offers opportunity to:
Understand the project requirements from business, present concept options, provide creative guidance and inputs from concept to final artwork independently, build the initial frameworks to attain final outcome.
Partner with 3d production team and external agency to elevate and lead the concepting, design and execution of video, motion.
Participate in strategic discussions and provide thought leadership and creative direction.
Interface with stakeholders to learn their business goals and areas of research and then translate those ideas into innovative ideas and motion concepts for yourself or for others to execute.
Create visually engaging and compelling stories through storyboarding.
Be innovative while working within brand guidelines, templates and the creation of new video and motion campaigns.
Elevate the work at every stage of the process by providing feedback to work in progress, and ensure the consistency, brand relevance, and quality of the finished product.
Advance the strategic and design thinking within the team as well as provide design guidance to them whenever applicable.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, while working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Identify market trends, customer voice, and competitive landscape to develop compelling concepts.
Qualifications
Graduate/post-graduate; preferably in Art/ Communications.
10+ years of experience with a Creative agency or a Design House specializing in Brand environments/ Advertising/ AVs and motion graphics.
Client-facing experience or creative agency experience required; both preferred.
Hands on knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop
Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, designing and brand development.
Have a graduate degree in Media, Marketing, advertising, fine art, design or any related subject.
Demonstrated mastery within key programs within Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, clear, and effective manner.
Decisive thinker willing to try new things and able to influence others to step out of their comfort zone.
Able to balance multiple projects at once, iterate quickly and adapt to a rapidly evolving brand.
High level of integrity and dedication.
