‍ About you

Key qualities that will help you thrive at this role:

Amazing if you’re a creator yourself, or worked in a community growth management role at one of the big platforms: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.
2-3 years of experience in a growth role at high-growth startups
Background in building communities from scratch.
You’re a resourceful problem solver.
You’re a self starter and can drive and deliver new initiatives to meet key milestones.
You live in Los Angeles. Even though the work is done remotely, we’d like to have an Angeleno join us for this role (you know – meetings with creators, events, coffee chats and stuff).
You care deeply about creators and want to build something meaningful that positively impacts the lives of millions of creatives, big and small – you understanding creators’ needs and problems.
You’re quick at spotting trends that are rapidly developing in the creator economy, and move quick to capitalize early.
Experience executing processes with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving space with tight deadlines.
Ability to travel
Lastly… Strong, yet funky written & verbal communication skills, aka you’re also a MEME LORD.

Your star role

As a Creator Community Associate, you’ll have the opportunity to:

You’ll become an expert in the creator support experience at Superjoi.
Help develop our flywheels across creator and superfan referrals, including targeted outreach.
Take a data-driven approach to assess how our social profiles and community channels are performing against targets.
Work with our suppliers to create content to drive creator sign ups.
Constantly review and improve all aspects of processes to move the company forward at speed.
You’ll work cross-functional with creator partnerships and product teams to make this happen.
