KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS
Developing the solution
Salesforce and CRM testing Expertise is required
Identify test requirements from specifications and design test coverage plan
Test Plan and Test Approach preparation
Create end-to-end Manual test case & executing the test cases
Execute test plans and manage all testing activities, including manual and automated tests, to ensure end-to-end coverage
Ensure solutions are tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility with other legacy- and / or external systems
Identify regression and smoke Functional scenario
Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases and report test results
Run smoke , regression and multipower test
Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements
Liaison with development, product management, and customer support
Isolate, replicate, and report defects and verify defect fixes
Validate and prioritize reported customer issues
Collect information and communicate status as needed to original reporter
Ensure tickets are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner
Ensure quality and consistency.
Build and execute integration and performance test plans.
Controlling, testing and managing diagnostics
Build and execute unit tests and unit plans.Build and execute integration and performance test plans.Ensure quality and consistency.Formally write a malfunction, incident or bug report.Analyze and understand the origin of a malfunction, incident or bug.
Operation, production and maintenance
Oversee operability and user acceptance.Participate in the production process.Ensure technical support by diagnosing and solving incidents.Answer technical questions.May train users/deployers / support teams.
