Job Description : Help determine and define contact center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments and business reviewsManage service and tele-sales team drive service quality and salesUnderstanding contact center metrics and applying the given technology to optimize the workforceAssist in defining user requirements, focusing on efficiency and effectivenessHelp to define “quality” and assist in establishing a learning environment based on collaboration, feedback and dataDrive a resolution-focused environment aimed at delighting the customerEnsure Teams are motivated, engaged, empowered and are informedBuild a culture which includes performance reviews, counseling and disciplining employeesPrepare call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trendsTraining and development of Tele-sales team who can drive sales from external sources and internal sources such as abandoned carts.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: From AED8,000.00 per monthEducation:Bachelor’s (Required)Experience:telemarketer: 1 year (Preferred)Telesales Manager: 3 years (Required)
