Due to continued growth we’re looking for a Customer Care Administrator to work within out Export Markets team in Dubai.

The Role:

As a member of our established Customer Care team you will provide a first class service to our distributor client base and support through order management which involves a high level of complexity. Each tender driven order requires an exceptional degree of attention to detail and a process driven individual to ensure all relevant information has been compiled and communicated correctly. You will work closely with colleagues based in Belgium and as such you will need to be fluent in English and ideally Arabic. French would be highly beneficial, although not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding orders to the SAP system with a high degree of accuracy
Collate all relevant documentation including terms of sale and letter of credit.
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries
Monitoring differentiated export legalities for specific countries
Provide product status updates to distributors
Manage 3rd party logistics service providers for delivery queries and issues
Contribute to daily team meetings with colleagues in Belgium
Support external sales team with product related queries
Work with credit control to answer any invoice queries
Manage complaints through to resolution in line with company policy
Adhere to all internally aged SLAs

Qualifications & Experience:

Demonstrable customer care experience – Essential
Fluent spoken and written English – Essential
Knowledge of export process and documentation – Essential
Effective communication and problem solving – Essential
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload – Essential
Experience working for a multi-cultural organisation – Essential
Fluent Arabic and French – Desirable
Business or Export related qualification – Desirable
Previous experience of SAP – Desirable
