Your mission will be to:

Ensures compliance of all NA MXNS business units’ customer data by following Customer Care departmental SOP’s for completing new customer set ups including: proper use of customer account sheets (CAS), welcome process, ensuring the proper selection and lab approval of test codes, utilizes the proper set up for pricing, and assigning accounts to the proper Customer Care pod. CCDS will be fully responsible for customer set ups and will work in collaboration with CCRs for premier and key accounts where setups may be more complex and specialized based on the customer needs.
Responsible for the completeness (integrity) of all customer data in the three synchronized systems, LIMs (Laboratory Information Management system, JD Edwards ERP and CRM system.
Responsible for troubleshooting any data integration issues that may occur during the synchronization process and escalating as needed to management and IT to resolve.
Responsible for investigating any missing or incorrect customer account information.
Update LIMS / CRM / JDE with any modifications to customer account information (data records) such as primary person changes, address, phone, and fax numbers.
Assist with PO updates and blanket PO set up.
Assist CCRs with customer complaints including the management of billing issues and investigate possible solutions as they may pertain to data related issues.
Create and update customized Sample Analysis Request Forms (SARFs) for the customer.
Maintain knowledge of Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), CRM and JDE that is required to complete job responsibilities.
Support corporate quality and continuous improvement process.
Perform other related duties as needed.

YOUR PROFILE

One (1) plus years experience in a Customer Service food or beverage industry
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience will be considered
This position requires a broad knowledge of computer software and data entering skills to input data into the LIMS, CRM and JDE and generate special reports.
Technical computer acumen is required to identify and troubleshoot data integration issues that may occur between synchronized systems.

Required skills:

Organizational skills are required to keep track of all customer set up requests and documentation.
Time management skills are required to ensure that customer setups are completed efficiently based on the service level agreements prior to samples arriving at the labs.
Written and oral communication skills are essential to obtain or clarify set up instructions with customers.
General office skills are useful to complete faxing, filing, and other related duties for the department.
