Position : Customer Care Handler

Purpose of the position
Performs timely activities associated with the customers’ enquiries as well as maintains good relations with stakeholders
What you’ll need to succeed:
Key tasks:
Frequent contact with counterparts on customer’s sideVerifying the completeness, fulfilling and following-up customer’s enquiriesProcessing enquiries according to their prioritiesHandling nonconformities and claimsHandling ERP system operationsIdentifying risk enquiries, updating and following up all necessary dataObtaining and providing all necessary instructionsIntroducing newcomers to tasks, system and processParticipating in cross-functional projects
The role holder shall also perform any other duties assigned to him/her by the Company.
Requirements:
Education
Degree educated or equivalent through relevant operational experience
Competencies
Fluent in English, written and spokenComputer skills; MS office basics, G Workspace and ERP system (SAP) knowledge is an assetTeam player, interpersonal skillsCommunicativeSelf-motivatedAccurateAccountableEfficient
Other : Possesses sound business acumen. The positions will be accountable for KPIs
Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS): Responsibility for conforming to the Cargotec Code of Conduct, QEHS Policies of MacGregor as well as requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001
