Here’s what you’ll be doing:
New Customers Paperwork
Create Vehicle Rental Agreement
Create AutoPay Agreement
Verify Insurance
DMV Check
Collect Inspection report with photos from Truck Center
Data Entry
Ownership of UFM Mobility Scan on Microsoft Teams
Input CEO Signature on VLA
Driver’s License
Insurance Policy
AutoPay
Inspection report
Send Copy of completed Agreements to both parties
Send Completed AutoPay to accounting
TSD rental information for employees
VIN, name, company name, monthly payment, pick-up date, email address, phone number
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 or more years of data entry/general office work experience preferred
Proficient in MS Word, Outlook & Excel
Must be organized, accurate and detail oriented
High School diploma or equivalent
