Job Overview

As a Customer Care Representative for the Utility team, you will be responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and Operations teams, including mentoring and coordinating actions of customer queue activities, resolving cases and routing information as required.

Job Responsibilities

Act as a customer liaison between internal teams through various channels
Responsible for reviewing and resolving incoming customer support tickets
Troubleshoot all customer issues including inquiries, system or process standards,
capturing and delivering information to responsible parties
Responsible for creating cases and routing for resolution within systems
Ensure all communication is professional and represents both AvidXchange and our
customer in an appropriate and positive manner.
Reviewing and routing customer updates within the AvidUtility database to the
appropriate internal teams
Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years of previous customer service or related experience required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally across multiple teams to provide maximum customer satisfaction
Ability to manage difficult conversations and elevated customer issues while simultaneously representing the company and providing a great customer experience Strong relationship building, customer service and troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated and self-discipled with a dedicated work ethic
Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be flexible and adaptable to process and system changes
Able to effectively self-manage time and prioritize tasks based on complexity or urgency
Assertive nature with a natural curiosity that can take direction as well as operate independently
Strong computer proficiency
