Position : Customer Outreach Executive – FN1NAGA

Job Description : Making calls to the direct customers (Parents, Students, etc) and explain them about E-learning services, Final Exams, Entrance Exams, Olympiads preparation of Toppr.
Convincing the customers for getting Home Demonstration of our services; and coordinate with the field-sales(home-demo) team for scheduled Demos.
Advise present or prospective customers by calling registered customers.
Achieving Calls/Demos targets on Daily basis and make a report of it.
Pass customer feedback to the company representatives.

Requirements:

Must be a Graduate.
Strong Communication skills English -Kannada.
Good interpersonal skills with a Go-getter attitude.
Female Preferred.
