Job Description : Job SummaryWe are in the business of finding happiness for our customers and society and consequently looking for someone who is jovial, mature, results oriented and cares deeply for our customers will be able to succeed in this roleRelationship Advisor is responsible for registering people who enquire to us for availing the matrimonial services of Shagun Matrimonial Centre (http://www.shaguncentre.com) and converting them into premium membership while giving them matchmaking solutions through relationship management and positive approach.Responsibilities and DutiesWorking with and supporting the Center Manager and marketing team to generate a continuous flow of enquiries and walk-ins and converting them into premium memberships at the CentreHandling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centreMaking outbound calls to members / other enquiry database and offering them matchmaking solutionsFollowing the defined sales process to convert Enquiries into membersRecording all the details of the enquiries in the specified format and entering them into systemGetting all the statutory ID and qualification proofs from the premium members and storing it safelyMaking required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not convertedUpdating the details of follow-up in the systemMeeting Sales and conversion TargetsAppearing for periodic evaluationsMaintaining various reports related to Sales and AccountsIn case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to the seniorsInterfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features of our services and converting them to Premium MembershipMaintaining all documentation that pertains to the above responsibilitiesCoordinating with the service team to smoothly handover converted members.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsMinimum GraduateFemales OnlyExtremely presentable with a pleasing personalityFluent in English, Hindi and other local language with a neutral accentMinimum 6 months of work experience (preferably from Insurance, or Sales/Service experience from Telecom, Financial & Education sector)Job Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental Pay:Commission payPerformance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:COVID-19 considerations:1. Clients visiting the office required to get their temperature check and wear mask.2. Regular Sanitization of the office premises and key touch points such as work desk, computers etc.3.
