As a Customer Service Agent, you will act as the primary liaison, helping customers with questions, complaints, order processing, and returns. You will go through in-depth training on The Hair Shop’s product offerings & services in order to effectively guide customers through purchasing decisions and provide exceptional support. This role falls within the Ecommerce team and has a lot of opportunity to collaborate and grow with other members of the department.
Support the Customer Service team by
Maintain positive, calm, and professional attitude towards customers
Respond promptly to high volume of incoming calls and tickets
Process orders, edits, and returns accurately
Stay up to date on available product offerings & services and guide customers through purchasing
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to proper channels
Build trustworthy & long-term customer relationships through open and honest communication
Meet personal/team call & ticket handling quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Any other duties assigned by management.
