Job Description : Customer Service Agents

We are hiring Customer Service Agents for our client, large retail group.

This is a long term opportunity for candidates located in UAE.
Job Summary:

We seek candidates with excellent communication skills in Arabic or Russian.
The role will be for a duration of 12 months at leading malls across the Emirates.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling the information desk and assisting customers with their queries.
Answer calls received at the information desk
Keep records of customer complaints and requests
Handle customer complaints according to the departments process and procedures
Cash handling according to the companies gift cards process and flow
To issue wheelchairs and child wristbands
To assist customers during E-coupon campaign
Ensure all customers are treated in a friendly and professional manner

Work Hours: 9 shifts from 10am to 10PM (Week days), 10am to 12AM (Weekends, Super sales, DSF, Ramadan, DSS) with 1 hour break, 6 days a week
