Hiring a Customer service executive for Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining a close relationship with clients and understanding their needs and/or concerns.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhancing customer support.
Overseeing the customer service process.
Supporting clients in line with our policies and procedures.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Liaising internally with our sales and service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to management.

Key Requirements:

Graduate Degree.
Two year experience as a Customer service executive.
Good team player.
Ability to stay calm, focused, polite and helpful.
