Job Description : Job Information:
Responsible for compliance with the Life Cycle of the customer service area. 100% compliance with life cycle tasks that include account monitoring, follow-up calls, states of use, satisfaction surveys and training (if necessary) of the accounts in your charge.
Immediately solve the requirements presented by advertisers in customer service.
Address customer concerns, regarding the management of the portal (web) and through the own system, with the aim of effectively satisfying the needs presented by each client.
Make appointments for inductions and re-inductions to the system through the means available to our clients so that the use of the tool is effective.
Support events in the Key Accounts area.
Responsible for all customer service channels: Calls, Email and Chat.
