Position : Customer Service/Front Desk

Job Description : We are an online eyelash extension company looking to add to our team.We are known for great customer service and our quick service to customers. Our customers are our #1. You must be able to work independently and efficiently.
Your tasks include but are not limited to:

Answer emails and messages on all platforms from customers
Help fixing/adjusting/canceling orders making returns
You will work with our shippers if they have a question about the customers orders
Greet and take care of customers that come in for in-store shopping
Help customers that come in to get their orders and check them out
Communicate emails with manager
Take the extra mile to make the customer happy
Keep records of clients
Assist Shippers in Projects and Product packaging in down time
Package Product in down time

Required:
Customer Service Experience
High School Diploma
Fluent in English
Be happy, polite, and a problem solver
Go above and beyond to please a customer
If you are familiar with Google Docs that is a PLUS
You will be working in our office Monday-Friday 9am-1pm
