Job Title: Customer Service Manager (Call Center)
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid Working Model)
Department: Operations
Position Summary
The Customer Service Manager will play a key role within the Operations department through providing assistance to website visitors and reservation customers. This role will be based out of our Chicago, IL office with a hybrid working model and offer a set schedule based on the needs of the business. This role will be responsible for overseeing the remote call center team.
Key Responsibilities

Assist with complex inquiries via the website, chat function or phone.
Research and problem solve based on company policies and the customers inquiries
Manage ZenDesk and other software programs to address customer needs
Manage the Customer Service team and all day-to-day activities
Review current processes and implement new reporting features for senior leadership
Partner with the Product and Technology teams on implementing new features such as chat functionality, ways to improve response time, and enhancements to booking flow based on customer feedback
Produces weekly ZenDesk reports for leadership and then monitors trends and compliance
Monitors response times to PayPal disputes
Reviews productivity of Customer Service team members
Partners with Finance team on streamlining payment processes, refunds, etc.
Other duties as assigned

Key Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional and displaying an attitude in line with company brand and values
Willingness to collaborate with others and work together as a team.

Skills and Experience Required

Experience as a customer service representative (preferably in a Call Center like setting) with a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and assist customers professionally.
Experience with online, chat, and live help is a must.
Must live in the Indianapolis area
Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts
Must have a recent-model computer with high-speed broadband internet

Preferred Skills and Experience

5+ years of customer service experience
3+ year of management experience
3+ year of Call Center experience
Experience using ZenDesk preferred
Experience using various software applications and technology

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
