SUMMARY:

Our Customer Experience team serves as the primary point of contact for our customers. We are in search of a Customer Experience Specialist who will maintain communication with both internal and external customers to provide the utmost service. You will be tracking points of customer engagement, addressing customer queries, and identifying ways to improve our customer services. To ensure success as a customer experience specialist, our CX specialist needs to be able to put themselves in the customer’s shoes. A top-notch customer experience team member will be someone whose expertise results in excellent customer relationship management and a positive brand image.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve service problems in a timely and effective manner, via email, chat and phone by clarifying the customer’s concern; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting the correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with management, production, marketing and sales teams to enhance customer services and brand awareness.
Analyzing customer feedback on product ranges and new releases. Evaluating after sales and support services and making improvements. Attend regular team meetings daily to strategize territory and product plans Maintain open communication with management and other team members Build a thorough working knowledge of products, consumer demand, customer feedback
& customer support software. Provide weekly performance reports
COMPETENCIES:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with a high level of professionalism Flexibility in a changing environment and contributing positively to a team
Ability to build and maintain a positive relationship with every customer interaction – manages all customer issues and escalations within the outlined scope
Highly personable, outgoing and positive team member Commitment to excellence and high standards Basic computer skills and technical proficiency
QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years’ experience as an E-commerce Customer Experience Specialist preferred. Candidates should be familiar with Customer Support Software (Being proficient with
Gorgias, Shopify, & Orderhive is a plus). Type 60+ WPM Commitment to excellence and high standards Acute attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) / Associates or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
Work Location:
Remote Position. (Must have a dedicated office space with no distractions)Preference will be given to applicants that are in close proximity to company office for occasional in-person meetings
