Job Description : Our company is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers via phone, email, and chat support systems. Your primary tasks involve answering questions and providing support, although you may also take orders, update account information, and document client feedback. We will provide training to enable you to answer customer questions and assist with troubleshooting basic issues. The most important qualities for this role are customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour
