Job Description : We are a residential interstate moving company that operates in 43 of the 50 US States. We have been in business for 17 years and have locations in Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA. We are expanding year after year and have continuous opportunity for growth and advancement within the company.
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative be part of our Los Angeles, CA office.
We have been in business for 17 years and growing considerably year after year.
Job Type: Full-time/Commission pay 1099.
Compensation: start at $30 per hour depending on experience. Paid weekly every Friday.
PAID TRAINING!!
Requirements:
Excellent technology skills including proficiency with web based applications (Outlook, Docusign, Word, Excel, etc.)
Minimum 3 years in Customer Service experience in moving industry.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent time management skills. Must be able to multitask.
Ability to build rapport with customers via telephone, email and text.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Schedule:* Monday – Friday (8:00AM – 5:00PM) or (10:00AM -7:00PM)* Some weekends requested during peak season, but NOT required.
Required Education:
High school or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
