Position : Customer Service Representative

Job Description : We are looking for a responsible and motivate customer service representative. and organize all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with our Sales Representatives and Project Coordinator to follow-up with post sales needs. You will perform various coordinating tasks, such as tracking product lead times, coordinating product delivery, and managing client expectations and issues. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.
Responsibilities
· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information
· Break projects into doable actions and set time-frames
· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
· Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
· Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Skills
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
