Job Description : Our client is a large group of companies in the UAE. They are looking to hire a Customer Hub Executive for their office in Sharjah who can join immediately.Responsibilities: Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.Researching required information using available resources.Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.Following up complicated customer calls where required.Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments if neededOther duties as assigned.Manage Live chats with the customer through CRM console applicationEmail Handling and routing to appropriate sourcesQualifications: 2 years of call center experience.Have an advanced English and Arabic language skills.Real Estate background would be highly preferred.Should have a Driving License.High knowledge of handling voice and non-voice communications such emails and live chats.Proficient in MS Office application and CRM softwareContract length: 12 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: AED5,000.00 – AED5,500.00 per monthApplication Question(s):Are you willing to work 6 days a well (Monday – Saturday)?Experience:customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Language:Arabic (Required)Work Remotely:No
