Position : Customer Service Representative

Job Description : Must be able to interact with customers to process orders, handle complaints and or concerns, and provide information about products and services. Receives orders via email, phone or fax from existing and new customers and process each per established RHC procedures. Tracks all orders through fulfillment to ensure customers receive the proper items. Have excellent communications skills with RHC team members and departments to address any orders, issues and concerns or delays. Strong computer skills is a must with (50 WPM). Must be dependable and reliable. This position also requires the ability to lift files, open files cabinets, pack storage boxes, bend and stand as necessary. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. RHC offers an Excellent Salary and Benefits Package
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 – $26.00 per hour
