Job Description : Now hiring for our Manager in Training position. The selected candidate will be trained to oversee store performance, reach sales goals, manage Team Members– in addition to learning product features and capabilities and delivering presentations tailored to our shopper’s needs.

General Tasks include:

Complete general store administration duties
Ensure company compliance
Suggest innovative thoughts to increase sales production
Conduct personnel performance reviews, for training purposes
Quickly rectify issues deriving from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
Ensure store remains aesthetically pleasing to shoppers
Capitalize on store traffic to optimize profitability
Reach sales objectives- Provide training, motivation and constructive feedback to Team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,225.00 – $5,450.00 per month

Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
