Job Description : CUSTOMER SERVICE
Growing food manufacturing plant north of Oak Lawn, south of Midway airport
This is NOT a call center. You are responsible for important accounts to make sure things are done correctly and the customer is happy.
DUTIES

Keep track of your assigned manufacturing projects to make sure they are run correctly and produced on time.
Keep the customer informed along the way.
Communicate with all departments of the company
Work with the computer system to make sure information is accurate
Handle changes and problems that come up

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
If you have experience doing this kind of customer service for a food manufacturing company, we can offer a more competitive compensation package. If you don’t have that experience, we can train you and you can grow into a lucrative position with us.
