Job Description : Hello Molly, one of Australia’s most popular online fashion stores, is seeking a quick learning and experienced full/ part time remote customer service agent to help cater to our growing USA market.
About The Role
You will be expected to handle customer emails and take phone calls, maintaining a professional and friendly tone in all written and verbal communications. This is a remote position which allows you to work from home. You would be expected to use your own computer but we would provide additional equipment as necessary. You will be given training then left to work largely autonomously.
The perfect candidate will have:

MUST be based in Los Angeles/ CA area
Available for set shifts on Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours per day
Experience with Zendesk and Shopify (essential)
Effective time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Problem-solving ability
A positive and proactive attitude

The perfect candidate will be:

Fluent in English
Available for set shifts on Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours per day
Confident with computers and a fast typer (65+/wpm)
A quick learner
Self-motivated and results-oriented
