Position : Customer Service- Work From Home
Job Description : Nexeo HR is currently seeking full-time and part-time tech support workers to work from home. Individuals must demonstrate troubleshooting skills. Candidates will resolve technical problems related to Internet and other general account inquiries over the phone in a single customer interaction to maximize the customer experience, while demonstrating the ability to articulate relevant information. Starting pay is $14-$18/hr. Candidate must be living in Utah or Idaho.
Responsibilities
Open/Create and close tickets, and maintain necessary records
Build rapport with customers and peers to enhance customer experience
Individual must be punctual and have a good attendance history
Provide a seamless member experience through documenting call details and new account information into the computer system
Completing any forms required to request action by other departments.
Qualifications
Must be able to identify and troubleshoot customer problems/concerns
Must be able to multi-task across a variety of interfaces to fulfill orders.
Have strong communication skills, both verbally and written
Individual must be punctual and have a good attendance history
Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in typing (30+ WPM) and grammar
Candidate must be living in Utah or Idaho
Candidate must be able to travel to Logan, Utah for one-time pick up of equipment
Schedules
9:30am-6pm (FT)
12pm-6pm (PT)
2pm-6pm (PT)
2pm-10pm (FT)
4pm-10pm (PT)
6pm-10pm (PT)
Pay
$14-$18 per hour
